Wes Griffitt is a neurosurgeon with the BayCare Clinic who is pleased to join Doctors In Recital for the first time. He has enjoyed the piano for years but played his first notes on accordion while visiting with his wife’s family in Austria about five years ago. First attracted to the instrument related to its use in Austrian folk music, he was fortunate to find good instruction and has learned to appreciate some of the accordion’s much broader capability.
