Steve Gerndt joins Doctors in Recital after previously opening the event with the quartet, Four the Cross, performing an a cappella version of the "National Anthem." He remains active as a cardio-thoracic surgeon and cultural leader for Emplify Health by Bellin. He is pleased to return this year as a member of the DIR choir.
