Shawn’s interest in music began at 16 years old when he joined a drum and bugle corps, marching as a percussionist in the tenor line of the Racine Kilties. Beginning college as a music theory major in college with his primary instrument being percussion, he soon discovered a greater passion for medicine. A graduate of Ross University, Dr. Whitton did his Neurology residency in Columbia, Missouri, and a fellowship in Epilepsy at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor before joining Aurora in 2016. Married, he has three wonderful children. |
