Rey hails from the Philippines. He studied medicine at Central Philippine University and undertook his residency training in Family Medicine at McLaren Medical Center in Flint, Michigan. In the summer of 2015, he began his professional medical practice in the area of Primary Care at Prevea Health in Luxemburg and Kewaunee. Dr. Garibay loves listening to alternative and classic music; he also loves to sing. When he was in grade school, he used to compete in singing contests! This year, he will participate in Doctors in Recital in Green Bay where he will showcase his musical talents once again.
