Chris started playing violin at age 11. Always an integral part of his life, he continued to play the violin during medical school and residency in Indianapolis. Since moving to Green Bay in 2006, he has played violin in DIR since 2012, 1st violin for 20 years with Civic Symphony of Green Bay, and six years with the St. Norbert Strings in addition to the Weidner Philharmonic and Music for the Sake of Music. Transitioning back to outpatient care in 2018 after 12 years as a hospitalist at Bellin Health, Chris has worked as a primary care internist at the VA, Prevea, and now at the Oneida Community Health Center.
